Farewell for the summer…

Posted by Reversearp

Sorry it took this long to write this post, but summer school has already started and is very busy. I appreciate the hard work that many of you put into the class this year. Learning is not an easy thing to do – it requires hard work and initiative.

If you look back on all of the topics that we discussed you should feel a sense of accomplishment that I hope carries you through Calculus next year. Precalculus is the most difficult class you will take in High School – so if you can do this, you can do anything. Congratulations on making it and buenas suerte for next year. I hope your summers are great.

Savin’ My Quarter Journal

Posted by Student 07_08

Just to start, yes this is my last ditch attempt to have a post on my quarter journal.  Our class really started to slack and I didn’t make an attempt to stop it from sliding down the tube.  I’m really regretting that now.  But beyond that I would like to congradualate everyone for getting though junior without committing any major felonies or unforgivable sins and I want to thank Mr. B and Mathman for putting up with us and giving us all the extra help we needed.  So that’s all I got, happy summer.  Oh, feel free to use this mercilessly for any last minute commenting.

I need to get something off of the tests that I handed back.  If you could please bring them back in with you this week some time that would be great.

End of Semester

Posted by Student 07_08

Alright. I think we all just really need to thank Mathman for coming in and teaching us. He’s done a great job putting up with us (especially my class – oh geez) and attempting to teach us Precalc while realizing that some of us (myself for instance) are dumb and don’t get it at all – the best and the brightest, right Mr. B? Anyways, thanks Mathman for teaching us – you did a great job (not saying that Mr. B didn’t do a great job – you did, too). Have a great last few days, I’m already letting you know I’ll probably have a zillion questions.
